Actually, what concerns me about this is the fact that the courts basically "shot" down the school's on this. Don't get me wrong, I am glad the young man can play, I just wonder what kind of message this will send to our youth. Drugs are something that I can't stand. I never took them when I was young, hell, I don't take them now, unless the occassional nitro is needed, or an aspirin.
He was not in possession of the drugs. His fingerprints, however, were on the bag.
